In just 25 years, Saint-Rogatien has
grown in population from about 400 to nearly 2,000, but the
town has been careful not to lose its village character. The
traditional stonework and typical wells remain, even though
the village now centres around its schools and the new facilities
built to accommodate its fast-growing population. |
